Now thing may not be the most complex thread, and will be updates 100's of times but I've done some shops on PA and am hopefully going to open this one here. I have closed my other threads as I realize some quests are not $5 and some are $10-20 and may be taken advantage of.

How to get a quote:
For the time being, i will beat any competitors price by a substantial amount so post as follows: IE:
I DO REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING:
You have ALL of the required items/stats for the quest prior to sending payment/arranging the deal.
If it is a long quest/requires more than one inventory, I will require the bank pin if you have one. I encourage you to transfer off anything of value not obligated by the quest for your own safety, and so i do not have to deal with a he-said/she-said problem of missing items.
