Dispute-Ballmung

Hello, I am Ballmung and apparently yesterday I was banned for ''scamming'' Sephirofl. He claimed I was scamming because I tried to recall my money on paypal after his service didn't work. Not only did it not work, I just got the same responses from blizzard as I always did. When I purchased from him he DID NOT HAVE THE SECTION THAT STATED NO REFUNDS. He never told me that, and it was not stated in his thread. Basically his whole service is a scam and I wasted my money falling for that. I am a very trusted trader, and league of legends booster I would not want to risk my account and my vouches over 1 silly guy and only $20. I will close the paypal dispute and just let him keep my money (even though I don't think he should) If I can get my account back. Like I said if you look at my vouch thread or my Boosting thread I have a ton of positive feedback and no negative feedback. Please review my case.
