Armadyl Solo - help

Hey guys, i've solo'd arma before back in the days of pre-EoC and am looking at getting back into it..
my first attempt today was an epic failure....

I have 99 range, 99 defence, 99 mage, 95 prayer and 99 hp along with a war tortoise.. i bring with me mainly ovls, a few rocktails and a few super restores..

My gear is pretty budget atm: neizi, arma plate, karils skirt, zaryte bow etc..


I do everything the guides say? I use my abilities and what not, but i had to eat 3 rocktails and only got the boss down to about 1/3 health before having to teleport out because i was going to die!
I was using soulsplit and anguish....

What am i doing wrong? how am i supposed to heal/prevent getting hit so often?

Thanks for this, probably the most indepth/clear guide i've watched.

But still, i use the exact same techniques and setup, and still manage to get hit like a little bitch. I'm just going to conclude that arma has been strengthened a lot and is no longer possible to solo.

 

You would probably be better off having a Unicorn rather than a War Tort

 

Yeah im not sure that's going to make that much of a difference stand alone.
