I got new information regarding my ban.

This is what I got today:



Alright I'd like to get into this,

1: Nope, My IP does not match any of these users. However the IP is so close to each other they probably ''match''. Like a 2 mile radius.

2: Totally true, In fact I was sitting right next to him while we got it!

3: Threag is banned for vading, Correct. And I was indeed banned for it. Then we sorted it out and Roary probably still has the headache I delivered to him that day.

4: Why thank you, I'm not sharing my PC with anyone but myself. Some times my buddy ( Threag ) logs into Sythe on my PC and sometimes I log into mine on his PC. ( I have been told this was not smart to do so I quit logging into my account from there to avoid getting mixed up with him again. )

So after going through my history, Here is the report of my recent ban:

1: Rieka9411 was scammed for 150M. Correct. ( See report for all details ).
Boyke109 belongs to my buddy Threag ( bl0w ranq , Buhj , MBA , Up in Smoke, eki He probabbly has more but I don't know of them. ).

2: Yeah that's because Threag is bl0w ranq. Which was already clear.

3: Okay this is the most important part, And from now on you might want to read more careful.

I was online doing graphics as always when the 150M scam happened.
This was done by Threag ( Known scammer ) .

So half an hour after the scam threag contacted me ( I knew nothing about the scam I was not even aware of the fact it took place ).

He contacted me saying ( translated into english form dutch ):

[Threag]:Hey dude, I got 150M Eoc can you sell for me real quick?
[Detroit]:Why don't you sell it yourself.
[Threag] : Don't got a account lol all banned
[Detroit]: :L Alright lol trade me the gold in game.
[Threag] : Just go onto my account, Here is the user and pass:
Boyke109
*******
[Detroit] Okay For how much would you like to sell?
[Threag] Minimum 0.25.
[Detroit] I can do 0.29 :>
[Threag] Ok sell it. Here's my Paypal: Akk***ib@hotma**.***
[Detroit] Done thank's for the vouch

So the additional info I'd like to add is that The gold was also sold on Threag's account.

I know he is a scammer. But irl he's a good person and a good friend of mine. He F*ed it all up for himself on Sythe. And I really don't want anything to do with his scams or vading accounts. I always try to stay clear of them.

So it's been a day and I'd like to add a few things I have left out.

I have tried talking to Divica but he won't talk to me and instead just deletes me on Skype every time.

I thought about the possible reactions staff members would have and for example you'll probably knew the gold was stolen.

This is definitely not the case. My buddy asked me to sell some gold. He does bottling and staking. I never even thought about the possibility the gold was stolen.

But now I'd like to ask what exactly the problem is, What would you guys like me to do?

Are we still trying to sort out if Threag and Detroit are the same person?
Or are we trying to find out if I scammed that 150M?

The answer of both these questions is no. Just no. I have been on Sythe over a year. There are good mods on the forum and if I would be a vader then the staff would already have banned me in the past. I think it's clear that we are the not the same person. You can also confirm this by looking at the graphics section. Threag signature was ordered by Kinaesthic. I am a graphics artist. Why would I purchase signatures for 10's of dollars if I can make it myself?

Now for the scamming part. I do admit it's a bit shady and all. But really, If I was here with the intention of scamming I would of already done it when
things got serious like a month ago. Also Why would I scam 150M.. That's like 30$ and I already donated way more then that. There is no logic in it.

I know why scammed the 150M And yes. I did sell it but I didn't know it was stolen or anything. I don't know what the rules say about this but it probabbly falls under The selling of stolen goods.

But I did NOT know this gold was contraband and stolen from Divica.

For all your talk of claiming you don't want to associate with scammers, you sure do a good job of managing to stay involved with them somehow. You've been unbanned/pardoned with a TwC once already.

I'm convinced you're not Threag, but this is at least the second time you've been banned/twc'ed for being involved with the guy. I think it would be foolish to let this slide and unban you AGAIN seeing how little you've learned from this

I know it might seem that I've not learned from this. But I actually do more then you'd think.

These where my honest feelings when I received infractions or bans etc:

When I got my TWC on 01-04-2013, 09:48 PM @ http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1511870-twc-requests.html I thought to myself. Alright Sythe. You're wrong now so why are you TWCing me.

Then when I disputed it here : http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1513249-disputing-my-twc-detroit.html

It got denied and I was very pissed. I was really mad at Sythe
( As a forum )and really didn't want to have problems again...

Then when the TWC got removed. I traded a long time. Lots of vouches gained. Lots of GFX sold.

Then I got hacked. I got hacked because of a 06 scape database leak.

I refunded and came back. A long time after the hack ( Making the money without Sythe was really really hard ). My thoughts from now. Was just happiness I really enjoy being on sythe and doing trades and GFX. And I could finally get back to it.

Then this happened. A random 150M scam report comes up. And it turns out I am the one who sold the GP. This was a big shock for me. And of course there is something inside you that says: You're not getting out of this one..

But I can't give up on Sythe. Not like this, If I where a legit scammer or vader or whatnot. I would rest my case and give up. Because what has happened is very very bad. And again it's Detroit again getting mixed up with scammers like he doesn't care.

Truth is, I do care. I care allot about Sythe and for me to lose it all would be a really really big bummer... I am on here every day and has become part of my daily routine..

This is what I mean by having learned nothing, and I think it would be pretty damn foolish to unban you. Your physical proximity to a serial scammer means that unbanning you is somewhat like unbanning him, since not once but twice you've sold things on his behalf. I cannot in good faith support an unban for you

Alright that you might think I knew the gold was stolen. Is a good point. But I
would never ever steal gold of users. I think I've proven that in my time here..

If you would know how many times I denied selling stuff for him, The accounts he wanted sold the gold he had that he needed to sell. Every request of him I denied. And that's the part that you don't see. You only see the negative part. The reason I did this because I thought: Look at Arcus, Look at Busta, look at Divica. They all have persons they work with. They share paypal accounts and they used to share Sythe accounts. I thought to myself, Why can't I just sell someones gold only once? I enjoy trading. And I don't really care about the vouch..

Only this time I sold gold on his behalf. When I joined Sythe together with Threag I thought that was his first account. And we did trading together. We even had a pin shop.. That's not against the rules.. Now he's banned I really do not want anything to do with him anymore. I haven't been in contact with him on sythe for months...

You're a good moderator, Not having your support gives me a other view on this case. I only view it from my point of view. I know I am innocent and I would never scam another users. Not on behalf of Threag , not on behalf of myself.

With this you can close this appeal. I will leave sythe and make a pardon in 6 months. It's very sad I can't be allowed back because of my friend's history.
