    How I Got In Shape

    This time two years ago, I was around 5'2 and 150 lbs. Now, I'm 6'0 and 170 lbs. How? I cut out 60% of nasty foods - chips, candy, ice cream, etc. Now, I eat healthier. (Meats, veggies, fruits, and the occasional unhealthy food.) This really didn't help me a lot. Around the same time, I decided to start Muay Thai kickboxing (I've always been a good fighter.). It killed me in the beginning, I was ready to pass out during the classed, I couldn't walk the next day, and I could only handle one a week (if that). Now, I take 5-8 classes each week and I also do Jiu Jitsu. Martial Arts is what got me in shape, and now I'm 10x more confident in everything I do. Just thought I'd share. ;)

    Nice how old were you when you was 5'2 and now when your 6'0?

    Cool, ive been competing in MMA for like 6 years now. I do BJJ, muay thai, boxing, wrestling, etc. Hella fun. Glad to hear a success story.

    Oh dear lord, you were 12 1/2 ( 5'2ft ) and now you're 15 ( 6'0 ), and kids like you will GROW even more. If you were somewhere around your 20's and still growing, then I'd be surprised and interested to know what you're doing. Dear lord.

    Physical workout is important for getting a perfect body shape. Running,cycling,swimming,jogging and yoga all are best exercises to get a perfect body shape.
