Briefly explain the trade:

• Betting Runescape Gold on a sport. He paid me once before but now
• it has been over a month no payment yet -.-
• I still would love to get paid and not get him ban so if a mod here can contact him to pay me that be great. Maybe that change his mind before you ban him

How they scammed:

• He said he was in vacation so i said okay, but now his back and taken to long

PS: he still comes to the site, Like today too, I sent him many msgs he never responds.

 

His confirmation is ambiguous as to what he is confirming. Is he confirming your order, or is he confirming receiving the money? Since he said he'd receive the RSGP from you 30 minutes later, the confirmation can only be taken as a confirmation of order, thus, unless you have screenshots which show he did in fact receive the money, there's nothing we can do, sorry.

However, if he really did receive the money, then PM him and attempt to work it out.
