    Paypal Question
    If I don't have the Paypal balance in my account to pay for something and I select pay from bank account will the payment still be instant? I know that in some cases(like when you transfer from bank account to paypal balance) it takes 3-5 days.

    I've read somewhere online that you need a credit card attached to the acc for it to be instant but I've also read that you don't.

    Does anyone care to shed some light on the situation for me?

    If you have a credit card attached to the account then the payment should indeed be instant.

    This is what made believe that it might be otherwise, Paypal doesn't really state anywhere on their website that you need a credit card attached for it to be instant. I'd test it out myself but I'm -$62.00 and waiting for the funds to clear from my bank right now.

    You may very well be right, I'm just hoping you're wrong/waiting on an opinion from someone who knows for sure.
