608 rsps

I downloaded the source and client of a 608 spawn server, i have made myself admin, etc however i dont know how to add a npc or spawn a item because the command wont let me. I am very new to this so if someone could help me i would highly appreciate it

 

i cant find the download where is it? or how do i get it?:nuts:

 

to spawn items there is a website with all item codes and a search bar
here is the website -> http://itemdb.biz/index.php?search=torag to spawn an item do ::item (item id from the link) (then how menny you want)
for an example this is dragon claws id ::item 14485 1 ....
i don't know how to add npcs becasue i know nothing about staff.
