Why was i banned?

apparantly i was banned for evasing and after i took a look at the thread i noticed someone else had my skype name as there name on a instant messanger. I would just like to clarify that i am not that person and would hope this can be looked into more thoroughly because i believe i was wrongfully banned.

• Live within the same state
• Both use AOL e-mails to register
• Both use similar writing styles
• Both have similar interests
