Cold Shower 30 Day Challenge

I take cold showers in the summertime. They're amazing and they give you a rush. It really depends on how cold the water is, but when it's freezing, it's exhilarating.

I would never take cold showers in the winter, though. That's just crazy.

Cold showers during summer are the best.

 

I am considering this. I've dedicated my summer to get bigger but also helping my immunity wouldn't hurt.

 

I don't take cold showers, but for a while now I've been turning the temperature all the way down for a minute or two before I get out for a few months and it always leaves me energized.

 

Hmm, might give this a go. Where did you find the information about the benefits you posted?

I jump into a cold shower, feels like warm water. .

 

im up for this shit, shower in 5mins

 

i'd rather try a warm shower than a cold shower (warm = bit of hot and cold)

 

Well I didn't make it anywhere near the 30 day mark. Made it like, 10 days, then the outside temperature dropped outside to like 10-15 degree celcius for like two weeks, so taking cold showers was brutal ontop of it being cold as ass already in my house since we dont turn the furnace on during the summer months

Idk, I don't honestly think there are any real good benefits besides saving money on water and w/e power source your hotwater heater runs on.

 

I've been having cold showers every day since I first saw this video (about 3 months ago), and I'm loving it. Would never go back

My first one ever made me feel really good, I couldn't live without them now. If ever I have a headache, I go and have a quick shower, it removes it instantly - much better than paracetamol!

Would suggest this to anybody who is on the fence
