Jagex RWT Bans

Has anyone else received a RWT ban recently? Just got a RWT Major ban, lost around 150m EoC and 12m OSRS, so not exactly a huge amount, but enough. Anyone else been banned recently?

 

Hey I_DONT_BOT sorry to hear this man, but how did jagex found out you were RWT did you use the same account over and over again for buying and selling?

I'm a new runescape player and trying to improve my knowledge on RS because im planning to buy and sell and end up with profit.

What do jagex do when they file a major rwt ban on you? Do they completely ip block you from their rs website and you will not be able to create another rs account?

 

Haven't lost anything and I've been pushing bulk. I know the Chinese have been getting banned though.

They've definitely got people inside Sythe.org telling them, as my ban reason was 'IDB' and here is the only forum I use under that name. AKA someone is buying small orders for jagex so they can ban them, or they're browsing the forums and doing it themselves.

 

They aren't browsing this forum. It's more likely people brown nosing them are doing all the remedial work for them, I.E, making small purchases and what not to catch RWT'ers; and then forwarding all that collected info to JMods and such.

 

So the best way is to keep your rs name private and not tell anyone except when buying and selling?

 

My RSN is private and I don't tell anyone except when buying and selling. AKA, they've got people either helping jagex being dicks, or jagex are on the forum, just it seems too good to be true.

 

None so far. I tend to spread out my wealth on mules if I'm ever buying/selling.

 

We had 4 bans last week for RWT, probably has to do with the release of RS3

the best way is to only sell bulk
and not do smalll orders.

 

If you didnt know jagex is on banning spree,and they ban all the botters,alot of people believe Rs3 is able to detect bot,because bot gets wiped after 1hour of botting with new account,its really big fuzz going on in rs botting world right now if you dont know because people believe rs botting might have come to an end Plus dont sell your GP now,prices possibly can come back CRAZY up high.

When you sign up for sythe don't you agree that you do not work for jagex?

When you sign up on Runescape you agree not to RWT or bot.

Terms of service really don't matter in this day and age. You get a ban from the site if you're caught, but other than that... Nothing.

Jagex are based in Cambridge, England.

 

Is every Jagex staff located in Cambridge, if so why don't sythe ip block users that attempt to block them on RS, if they're suspicious.

 

Jmods have slave suckups that do all the RWT trapping for them, it wouldn't do much good.
