    I Got Scammed For $18 After He Regained Control Of Skype.

    He's Also Saying He Won't Lose Dispute Which He Is Going To Since I Have Valid Proof He Didn't Pay.

    I made a dispute on him. Will cancel it until he gives me dice. If not, then the dispute will stay open.
