    scammed me for $50 opening a police report and paypal dispute, 25 mins of pure proof of getting scammed.

    I Got Scammed For $18 After He Regained Control Of Skype.

    He's Also Saying He Won't Lose Dispute Which He Is Going To Since I Have Valid Proof He Didn't Pay.
