Anime

I wouldn't call it a masterpiece It's not a bad series, but its just as cheesy and cliché as the rest of the movies you can fit in that genre.

One of my friends recommended Karneval, anyone read/watch it yet?

 

Loved that movie maybe you should try howls moving castle it's pretty good as well.

I can't stand English dubs especially for one piece 10 x better in japanese imo

English Dubs give me a headache >.< Tried watching the "new" Naruto episodes (Shippuden in general is new for me) with the English dubs.... Worst voice acting jobs possible.

I just about only watch anime with Sub, unless the voice acting is good... Kenshin <3

 

I don't know if someone posted this already, but try zetman. I believe it's on par with full metal alchemist. You can watch it for free on hulu (I think)

 

Oh yea, if you are trying to sleep, watch mushi mushi.

 

Yeah most dubbing is just bad. I enjoyed the Code Geass and Death Note dubs though

Not to hijack or anything, but is anyone following the Monogatari series? I've been thinking about getting into it but don't want to regret my decision.

 

My current addictions are Shingeki No Kyojin, and Hunter x Hunter. Another small anime I actually like is called Mushibugyo, it's a great laugh and has some awesome fights.

Some nostalgic favorites though, would have to be Bleach, Sword Art Online / Alfheim Online, K-Project, and Naruto.

 

Finished SAO, waiting for the third season. I'm having trouble getting in to Attack on Titan because of the animation style.

 

Cowboy Bebop is hands down the best anime ever made
.hack//SIGN is a close second.

 

Loading up the first episode of Acchi Kocchi. Anyone watch it before? I assume it's going to be cheesy, but I like that stuff from time to time.

 

Turns out Attack on Titan is unreal. The sound, picture, wow. Not to mention the compelling storyline.

 

Saw the trailer, I'm looking forward to watching it. Not sure if I'm going to enjoy the story though, I don't have much patience for completely serious anime

 

We can only hope for GGO But there's apparently a new SAO TV special episode coming out (http://www.crunchyroll.com/anime-news/2013/08/09-1/sword-art-online-anime-tv-special-planned). I think I might have to find time to re-marathon SAO one of these days...

 

Death note ^thanks for the introduction to it Supes, like a year ago now.

By far the best anime show I've seen, ever. I recently rewatched it and it held up in terms of sheer awesomeness the second time around.

Oh, and if it was considered an anime (which it isnt) then Avatar: The Last Airbender.

I'm having trouble deciding between Death Note and Attack on Titan. They're both tied for my favorite ATM.
