Buying Runescape Gold

I plan on buying about 500m rsgp. But I am worried about the chance of a rwt ban. I have spent the last few days trying to establish just how likely a ban would be and it seems like a lot of people say they have transferred billions without problems and the chance is extremely low unless transferring large amounts regularly or buying from Chinese IP that is flagged for RWT. However I have also seen it said that you should use duel arena as a way of transferring since it looks more legit then a large one-sided trade. Unfortunately since I lost all my bank, duel arena doesn't really seem a possible method.

I would be buying on my main, 2400+ total and over 300m total xp that I play on very regularly and actively. I would also be using trusted reliable seller to buy from. This is my first time rwt and I have never botted on this account. So with all that said I would like to hear from people to tell me how likely a ban would be given all these facts. I wouldn't mind all that much losing the money but losing an account I have worked on for 8+ years would be a real shame.

With the details you've provided, it's extremely unlikely that you'll get banned for RWT. And if it makes you feel better, you can always say something like "thanks for finally paying me back." I've bought and sold hundreds of old school mils through direct trades, and I'm pretty sure I haven't even been flagged because I've never had any ban for it.

 

There's no reason you should get a ban for that, besides, they mostly go after the sellers rather than the buyers.

 

Seriously do runescape strongly stop blackmarket of RS? Like if you start to buy and sell gold for months do they think i'm suspicious of selling gold for cash?

You really don't have a very high risk of being singled out unless you're in China or you're high profile, like Fishy or Win All Day.

end of the day if your recieveing any amount of gp it could be your irl friends giving you cash, why does it have to rwt, just avoid chinese gold sellers.

 

There's no other method to defer a RWT ban, it's just a hit and miss. Steer clear from chinese bulk sellers and you should be OK. Just don't make it a regular occurrence.
