Looking to buy a maxed or near maxed pure.

Looking to buy a maxed pure with 99 range, Mage, str and possibly Hp.
I'd prefer the account have 70+ attack. The account doesn't have to have 99 all but just be close.
I'm looking to purchase for cash. (PayPal, WU or PA)

Account needs to be quested with the standard pure untradables.

I'm waiting on an OMM to get back online and make a trade for an account I want. If for some reason the trade falls through this may be a viable backup. I'm looking for a near max account simply because with my work schedule I don't have time to grind on an account.
