look kids I have not commited a crime on this site. I have only been here with good intention. My time on this site has been for sales and for fun. Also I got scammed on this site for 4.13b . So I am not a criminal like you guys who seek to bitch at people you don't like.

I'm sorry to do this guys; but..

Well, after due consideration and review of the current ruling, it seems very inadequate to ban people on the assumption that they are actually someone offsite.

Example:

Plznate has found that dipshoe, used a website for hacking/phishing etc, while they posted their skypes on that website and somewhat confirmed their identity, that skype also corresponds to their current skype on Sythe.
This should not be enough information to determine a ban, considering the fact of the new implemented rules. Hypothetically speaking, I could go onto hackforums.net and pose as N4N0 by posting his skype and ask for a complete phishing file etc.

If we are going to ban by the basis of our rulings, lets take into account our current and new ruling: All reports require a PM, they too also require confirmation on skype that you are talking to the person. If the offsite website doesn't have those SPECIFIC items of evidence, the accused most likely won't be banned, and if they are.. Then, well.. prepare for a rule change and an unbanning.

I'm not in anyway siding with Dipshoe, and the poster on the other website could potentially be him, but the hard evidence (proof of PM and actually in control of skype accont) is not there.

The jake account and dipshoe have been posting for years, and have been using the skype for years. They both talk the same. They both have topics about luring. They both sell staking and glitching guide. Jake logged on RM the second dipshoe viewed my report. Oh and this.

I could easily go to hackforums and pose as you with your skype name, type and talk exactly like you? Doesn't mean it's actually you? without sufficient proof of control of skype/pm it's hard to say who it really is? Just sayin'

it's obviously him but just sayin' it'd be biast to ban someone offsite without sufficient proof of PM/control over skype, but to require that on Sythe.

 

Lol Jake has been posting that Skype name for years. If someone randomly showed up on hackforums and started posing as you to frame you, it would be obvious. Its not like all the stuff I showed was JUST posted. They posted them years ago. At the same time. Why would somebody impersonate some random Sythe nobody, then just stop randomly? Because they knew that I would come along a year later and get them banned?

Based on your logic then I will need a SSN and birth certificate to confirm lol

I'd like to point out i have shared my skype twice and one of those instinces was with arcus_lili when his impersonator stole my 4.35b I let him on to talk the scammer into giving it back. Also another time was with a friend when i first made skype. You can go and confirm with arcus. Also its pathetic that the site is interpals a pen pals friendly site (which I have used) for barley 5 min "last logged in 1 year ago 6 Feb 2012 ".

no no bro apparently it was arcus, cause dipshoe let him on his skype once and ever since then arcus wanted to fram dipshoe and has been posting on RM for years now in the hopes that someone would notice and get him banned.

 

Yes he's been plotting this carefully cause he definitely donated 2500+ dollars and is one of the most trusted users on Skype, so he can pull off his grand plan of framing some fucking plebian named Dipshoe.
