Little Confused about Sig Problem

TO THE RETARDS WHO CANT READ THE TITLE THIS IS ABOUT SIG AND WHY SOMETHING SO TRUTHFUL IS NOT ALLOWED IN SOMEONES SIG - DONT GIVE A FUCK ABOUT THE POST AND INFRACTION I GOT

So last night I asked a ONE YEAR MEMBER if anyone has used him as a MM (since all I saw was him saying AVAILABLE, so in the end he decided to report a post which sure could be considered as spam, i thought it was just a simple question.... but he decided to PM me saying this -

"I'm not an asshole, so I'm not going to report what you said for spam.

Yes, I've done plenty of MM's. If you knew how to read you'd see that I've posted vouches from 4 trades in the OP.

If you're trying to be funny, it's not working.
If you're actually asking for whatever reason, well I've said enough."

Turns out he infact reported the post (11 Minutes after the PM he sent me)

My sig was simply "LOL @ THIS LIAR" with this linked to it

which is technically truthful, he had a rage fit in a matter of 12 minutes while I was offline so he assumed "I ignored him"

When someone says "im not going to report you" then reports you..... KINDA MAKES YOU A LIAR

RSPROD has said this falls under the "category"

Now - "flaming"
its not really flaming anything, I am simply calling him a "Liar" (with proof)

"Harassment"
I don't see how its harassment when its in my sig and people have the choice weather to click on it or not, I am simply just advising other Sythe members to watch out for this "UNTRUTHFUL MEMBER"

"trolling"
I take no part in trolling, hate it.

Now I assume RSPROD will say it falls under this part "Deceiving members or staff for fun, humor, or to cause drama"

I am doing no such thing, if anything NoisyJaguar deceived another member, this is not for humor or to cause drama... its once again, to warn others of his UNTRUTHFULL-ness

A post is still spam if it is spam, whether it is reported or not.

 

Just to point out it might not have been him who reported the post, anybody can report spamworthy posts.

There is were I reported this as spam. As a technicality you received an infraction for spamming. Then you started putting shit in your signature calling me liar. I request them to be removed because they are unneccesary, immature, and stupid.

I'd love to get more input on this, for either side.

If you "DONT GIVE A FUCK ABOUT THE POST AND INFRACTION I GOT" then what is this rant about? Is it about the rules themselves? They are slightly open to interpretation by the moderators. If anything I think it was a warranted infraction due to proof of MM'd trades being included in the OP.
