keep working hard.. if u dont have diet plan get one, because without diet plan all ur work hard is useless, diet plays major rule in bodybuilding.

Start bulking, build some mass, then cut it like a boss, you're using any supplements?

I thought lifting is for your arms/shoulder/chest.
If you're going for abs, I suggest you stick to a strict proteins diet and start building those abs. You don't need to lift for this.
    Good luck!

So basically you lost a lot of weight? Because it looks like you've sticking between the 1-2kg weights if you haven't put any muscle on in 4 months. Or you're just eating crap and not enough protein.

To lose weight you should have a diet plan like this.

3/4 cup of oats to make porridge in the morning

lean protein shake with a banana or tuna

lunch 200-250g of chicken and salad

wholegrain crackers with low fat cheese and tomato (tastes amazing)

for dinner you should have either chicken or turkey with veges (kangaroo meat is the best source of protein)

DO NOT SNACK AFTER DINNER. If you feel hungry, have a protein shake or snack on some low carb fruits like strawberries.

This is a very simple fat loss diet and if you stick to this for about 10-12 weeks, as well as doing cardio 2-3 times a week aswell as lifting, you should be looking juicy ;)

    Don't be dicks.

Kulala is right. Diet is by far the most important aspect.

Bulking and cutting doesn't make sense for beginners.

Gratz on the progress. Keep on working hard!

Basically this. I'd say to focus equally on lifting and cardio, but make sure you're eating right whatever you do.

3 months of training is barely noticable for everybody. Except if you are on a good diet. And the picture is a joke
