    Tips for losing a LOT of weight?

    go on a caloric deficit m8. There are a ton of diet programs out there that would let you eat the same volume of food, but contain less calories like vegetables.

    you want to cut out protein shakes and 90% of meats
    eat ALOT of fruit and vegetables
    Cut out heavy weight lifting and drop to light weight 5-10kg 20 reps per set
    Do ALOT of cardio work, i.e bike machines , running machines, bum burners,hill stepper machines etc..

    also do ALOT of core work, progressing with situps, pressups squats etc
    eat healthy and green to get lean basically the weight will drop fast.
    the more intense your workout program i.e continous training like circuit training the better, and remember go to the gym in track pants and a hoody to get that major sweat going and the body tempreture will help when burning fat

    I need, to lose weight as well But i'm only 14 what should i do? I'm not fat i just want that six pack and i'm alittle bit overweight

    Start by doing cardio - like running and cycling, jumping also works.
    Or any exercise that makes you pant.

    Contrary to the common belief, running doesn't make you burn fat until you've run at least 30 min. That's when the body runs out of supplies and starts drawing energy from the body fat.
    Try eating apples. I know it sounds like ridiculous a method, but I've tested it myself. Apples keep me satiated and at the same time pectin helps me clean myself of fat and intestinal coatings.

    Figurative speech. Of course it's different with every person. It depends on many things. It's just an approximation. If you just woke up in the morning and feel hungry, a couple of minutes of cardio would be enough to start burning fat.

    Diet. Diet. Diet.

    You need to do cardio around 3-5 days a week depending on your time constraints. This cardio should be intensive, pushing yourself to your limits. For example, 2 minute jog, 30 second full out sprint (repeat 3 times).

    Along with this, you need to be eating around 500 calories less per day according to your daily calorie intake.

    Run, run, run. Did I mention to run? Free weights in a hot environment also works well. Sweating and burning calories is the best thing for losing weight. Take natural vitamins and avoid pills.

    Excercise. Don't eat carbs after lunch. Work out 3 to 4 times a week. Make sure you have a decent amount of protein in your diet because it is a thermogenic which means it burns fat.

    For losing lot of weight it is important to do exercise daily. A 20 minutes exercise is enough to do exercise daily. Drink more water to burn calories. Green tea is also beneficial. Avoid eating fast food and high calories food for weight loss.
