Playerauction + Moneybookers : Question!

1) Can i use my debit card to send money to another moneybookers account instead of uploading funds which are via bank or laser (only available options for me, wanted visa :/ ) Not sure if this is possible. Also if it is possible what are the fees?

Just like a paypal : If you dont have funds in your paypal balance or bank account they'll use your debit/credit card to transfer money to another paypal account. Very useful but they charge me €0.35+3.4% for it. >_<

2) My playerauctions moneybookers email is same (Playerauctions email + Moneybookers email = same) but my name on playerauctions is different to my moneybookers account.

As I was reading in the moneybookers FAQ page>Receive Money>How Do I receive Money: It said (How do I receive money?
The payer only needs your name and email address to send you a payment with Skrill.)

I'm absolutely terrified now because as i said above + I don't want Playerauctions calling me for further hassle due to a name change..
