Shine20078 Not Refunding Or Helping Me.

So I bought 2 pins befor this happened, all went good boom bang done. then the 3rd pin didn't work, I was viding whole time its about a hour and half video so I will post on utube or show people if I have to... anyways they no it don't work, ive helped em out in any way they are on my jagex acc looking to see if I got members which I didn't now they are saying I have to wait to long of time because they need to know "whats roung with the pin" and to be honest their is no need for me to have to wait around im leaveing for a week on vacation on Friday and I need the pins befor I leave... they will not refund and they will not give new pin, I screen shared have video proff I did not try pull a fast one extra id like a mod or admin to ethier make theme give me new pin or refund, they say "they need my account to email jagex" they are round they can use any random account, sence its obv not a real pin..

they then went on and told me to "shut up" and so on because I was wondering why they where not doing anything for me and not replying so this is obv a set up or sumthing im not waiting 2 days I need a refund or new pin thanks

It is evident that the code he gave you did not work. He will be required to refund you the 3.5m.

 

they have not been on, they said they where going to refund me but have not been on in the last 9 hours.

 

omost 24 hours, has not been on Skype or refunded me..
