Paypal Limited and Payment Reversed

So paypal limited my account because they "want information" about a $45 payment I made and as a result they've reversed the payment. When the limitation is lifted will the $45 be resent or do they take it from you? I'm wondering because I have to refund a member and want to know if I should get someone else to send the money to them while I sort this out.

 

If you can give them whatever evidence they are requesting about the payment and everything clears, the money will be given back to you. Depending on how fast you need to refund whoever, i'd recommend you just get a friend to back you up.

Usually paypal likes to take their time with their shit... Would recommend you call them since usually you can speed up the process or make it quicker by phone.

 

It depends if you have enough proof concerning the transaction and if you're able to prove that it was done and that the money does rightfully belong to you.
