[Sythe] Mini rank request: Dog the Bounty Hunter

Semi srs thread, hence why I am posting in sandbox.

Since Sythe intends for there to be both fun/meaningless mini ranks, in addition to ones that mean something or can be earned, I would like to suggest (actually neither the idea or the rank are mine, I am just making a srs thread about it) a dog the bounty hunter mini rank, as seen here:

Obviously this could be awarded whenever someone is responsible for or assists with a noteworthy/well deserved ban.

As such, I would request that anyone involved in PogsalesRS ban be awarded the rank for starters. From there people could request the rank and provide proof of why they deserve the rank, and get input from other rank holders.

Just a thought, a mini rank that you actually earn, particularly through real contribution to the site.
