Buying 2 PS3 FUT accounts [PayPal]

I'm starting a coin service for 2014 and I need two accounts for PS3, already have two for Xbox.

I guess this would involve someone getting on their PS3 and make two PSN accounts then Origin accounts then starting FUT so I can access the FUT web app. We can Skype message or whatever while you're doing it to specify emails/password and the other specifics.

As far as I know this should be free for you to set up? But will pay $10 Paypal and I would prefer to do it with someone trusted, thanks.
