VPN Voting - Help?

Not sure if this is the correct section but here goes.
So I'm wondering if it's possible to vote unlimited times for the likes of Soulsplit using a free VPN.

Right now I can keep voting by resettting router but it's a tedious process. I downloaded a free VPN earlier (Cyberghost) and managed to vote twice but it's stopped working now. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting to get a new IP and cleared cache\cookies etc. Though, when I'm going back to vote it is still recognising me.

Anyone know how to beat this? (if you can).

I think you can if you change servers, using the same IP won't let you do it, also a good vpn with alot of servers could be HideMyAss Pro VPN.

 

Well, the free VPN's that I can find only offer 1-3 different locations. Does that mean I can only use those 3 one time each per day (or whenever you're allowed to vote again)
