The views are genuine but people are paid only for watching, if you want likes and comments then you should buy them from another service that I also provide, you can see them on my website. I also posted an answer to your other question in the other thread.

You can make money from YouTube by acquiring a singificant number of views and subscribers. After a few popular videos and a channel with a significant audience, you can sign up to YouTube Parnership Programme which generates you income through advertisments.

If you can find somebody that would be willing to transfer that in Paypal money then I'm up for it.

Some of them yes, some not. I have a popular Facebook/Twitter account where I share the videos, so it's half paid/half not.
