    Scammer: Jake Kastle

    Profile: http://www.sythe.org/members/341983-jake-kastle.html

Jake Kastle is guilty of selling stolen property (and is aware that it is stolen property), or is selling stolen property, for a banned scammer. To clarify Sythe's position on stolen goods:

And most mods who have been around a minute have seen cases where users have been banned for selling stolen items/goods for banned scammers.

As such, Jake Kastle needs to be banned. He sells lots of names, many of which have been scammed/sniped (name sniping has been clarified as a bannable offence (http://sythe.org/sythe-org-news/148431-sythe-org-official-rules.html)), or/and he is selling names for a banned scammer, Aaron (whom staff have already confirmed he is a banned scammer).

As we can see here (the post by sanctumx at 18:36): [IMG] someone confirms Jake is continually either buying stolen goods from the scammer Aaron then RESELLING THEM ON SYTHE (bannable offence), or he is working with Aaron to sell the stolen goods on Sythe (more likely given the amiable way that Jake and Aaron chat and collude on Skype).

Additionally, Jake himself CONFIRMS that one of the two options above is true. When Alex posted the accusation about Jake still selling names for Aaron, Jake says that he bought the name from Aaron (buying sniped (and coincidentally, stolen) goods) and is now selling them on Sythe (SanctumX) said he would confirm Jake's offer to sell him the scammed name).

Honestly, Jake has demonstrated that not only is he butt buddies with this scammer, but he is just as shady, and has, as per Sythe's own stipulations, been dealing in stolen goods or colluding to help a scammer sell stolen goods, which naturally warrants a ban.

Thanks for taking the time to review this.

This kid just proved my point.

He buys names that Aaron (a scammer) snipes (read: scams), then resells them on Sythe. He admitted to it. This is exactly why Viou was banned. I don't need to be familiar with any other aspects of the situation, because its all right there. Not sure how this isn't an easy ban.

I was in the name selling market long before he was.

Viou was banned because he admitted to buying scammed/stolen stuff and reselling it on Sythe. Jake consistently buys scammed/stolen stuff from a scammer and resells it on Sythe.

Can a global or someone with the clout required to make this call make a decision? Jake has already admitted that he, just like Viou, buys scammed goods from someone he knows scams them. Then resells them on Sythe. He has not disputed that, just says "oh meh Im different you dont know what your saying".

Seriously how is this kid not banned yet?

It is my opinion that Jake knows full well the names he sells are contraband, and chooses to sell them anyway. He should be banned.
