I was going to buy an Itunes card off him ! I knew you were able to change your country and everything But I didn't know you cant have a balance to change the country ! I tried it out and it said can only be redeem in australia ! Can a Mod/admin please PM me so I can show you the proof pictures of me trying to redeem but not working

The way I see it, you got the code and refused to pay for it. You need to pay him.

Where you said you don't have the PIN anymore. You clearly do, and there's absolutely no way for anyone to know if you HAVE deleted all traces of the PIN. Therefore, you have your payment while the seller does not have his. You got to pay what's owed.
