Briefly explain the trade:

i was selling a runescape account for 40$ once i changed email to his he'll said he was paying with paypal and then he logged out of skype and hasn't gotton and a while now and he is scamming me for 40$ he changed pass and has email.

How they scammed:

he never payed me the 40$

the reason i said i trusted him because he had 3 vouches with a guy with 300 post + who vouched him... turns out hes a lier.
