Ever botted?: Yes. I botted 99 defence and magic.

Any bans?: Yes, a 2 day bot busting ban. The account hasnt been botted in over a month. No reason to bot the account further so its safe in my opinion.

Vouches?: None unfortunately. I'm willing to split the cost of a vouched middle man. Planning on selling the gold on the account separately so could possibly gain some vouches before proceeding to trade the account.
