so, there seems to be a debate over this.

if your smoking blunts and want to get higher,

is it true that when you inhale smoke, your suppose to hold in that smoke inside longer???
to the point where you start coughing


is that a myth or true fact?



in my opinion, i think once the cannabis smoke gets into lungs, it takes like 1-2 seconds for it to go into your blood stream, and thus holding in the smoke longer than 5 seconds is pointless. am i right? wrong??

the only reason u get higher when u hold ur hits is because, ur killing ur brain cells and cutting off air supply.

No it doesn't matter, once you hold for 2 seconds take in some more air real quick.
