have to deal with this setup first, no i'm not a scammer, i'd never scam anyone for any amount of money, just have to take a couple of days to provide evidence against the report, and justify any actions which i've taken against people who've fucked me over before.

other report is for an account i sold and all a mix up with the people who've teamed up to get me banned(all chat logs are provided by a notorious name sniper, Folt, who's been selling names for jake, and jakes been selling names for him and vice versa..,(guy changed name to skidlicker) aaron/jake sent emails in about it being offensive name to get it locked and display name changed back(no i did not recover the account..)

Yes, i had a script which could snipe a name if i chose to, chat logs from 3 months ago are quite compelling though :/ i've never actually sniped or stolen a display name from anyone, and used the script only to help other people out(will provide my intentions/proof in a dispute/pardon in the future )

and lol@jake kastle knowingly selling Wreck which was(and he very well knew) sniped from another sythe member.. http://www.sythe.org/name-sales/1571476-selling-rare-name-wreck.html

There's no scroll bar or any indicator that these chats are real, anyone can make these on paint probably. Saying this on the other hand is unacceptable in my opinion " justify any actions which I've taken against people who've fucked me over before" scamming someone because they've scammed you doesn't warrant a get away card in my opinion, could you even provide evidence they fucked you over first or is your word all you've got?
