scammed need help charging back.

so this happened.

bought an account that was indeed too good to be true. recovered within 12 hours lol.

So i payed in paypal where the discripion was said for me to have payed "for runescape zerker account virtual goods"

i obviously want to charge this back and want to find the best way to make a fair chargeback to paypal in which i will win the dispute.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

 

I think if someone scams you , you still can't charge them back. Don't take my advice tho i think once i asked a mod if i could chargeback a scammer and he told me i am not allowed to :/ , Ask a mod if you can chargeback first before doing it

I think you would somehow have to provide evidence that the account was indeed recovered, i suggest you talk to Heads447 as he was middlemanning the offer, he may be able to help you somehow.

 

He will win just because hes charging back for virtual? lol so far from true.. i sold about 40m to a guy who tried to charge back and i obv won.. You just need to know what your doing >.>

 

Yeah this, no 100% if you chargeback virtual goods you will win bullshit, you gotta know what you're doing.

 

I think you need to prove your scam report first. Present all your evidence.

 

Made a mistake there. You should have read the thread about paypal. Never mention anywhere that the transaction includes virtual currencies. Otherwise not only won't paypal help you chargeback, but they will also limit your acc.

 

You should fill a report in the proper section before doing anything. Don't chargeback without having a solid proof (unless u want to get banned from sythe).

As "chillinggg" said, I doubt paypal will refund you for virtual currencies but only way to know is to try. If you paid with a Credit Card just call ur CC company and explain the situation ... I'm sure they will refund you.

 

charge back no matter what its your money just because they say no thats stopping you? if i got scammed 5 bucks im charging back right away
