Every day, I always go on and off to check things and have a look around for a few hours.

Why do you want to join the team?
Well, I see a ton of posts on how this forum is dying, and that forum is dead. I have not been on sythe.org very long however I've already decided I like it here.

What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?
I believe that I have a strange ability to draw crowds wether it's just talking, or making people laugh I believe I could make things fun.

How often are you on Sythe each week?
That's tough, I'm usually on every day but the times vary. Probably at least two hours a day.

Are you willing to put aside free time to help with events etc?
Yes, provided I get enough time in advice to plan it out.

Do you have anything to add? Well I'd like to say I am a "newfag" so if I get browsed over I'd like to keep my application on file for future openings. Also I'm not really interested in the market forum I have contacted a few people and I will be in the real life sales mostly, but I usually log in to just see what's new.

Why do you want to join the team?

Well, I've been on sythe 24/7 for the past 6months about, and I can't help but read about special organizations, and I want to be part of something greater that'll make me more of an asset to the forums.

What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?

I offer a special brand of professionalism, Charisma, energetic, a unique perspective on all things. I have coded java script in the past for rsps's, I've coded xhtml for websites. The thing I can bring most is myself, I have talked to you personally Roary, and I don't want that to be biased or anything regarding our conversations.
Some qualities I can bring is outside the box thinking, I've been told no1 else can think like I do.

How often are you on Sythe each week?

I'm on all day after work and before work. I also check threads at work on my phone. so 24/7

Are you willing to put aside free time to help with events etc?

I'm on here all the time anyway, any time I can donate to help with events is time well spent, just let me know when.

If this is a generalized question. I would that that you may ask for more in depth questions towards the person's nature, background, and future aspirations to find what their about and if that suits your needs as of CDT member/staff.

Even if I am not picked it will not deter me from being on the forums, its a honor to be a CDT not a privilege and I will respect all your decisions or wishes in the forth coming picks. I want to be a member of the CDT but I am not sure I am the best out there. (modesty not lack of confidence)

I'd really like to be more involved with Sythe as a whole and I see this as a great oppurtunity to do so. I'd also love to help the forum gain and retain more members.

-What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?:
I'm usually very devoted to any project I help with, and have a bit of experience helping out with medium-large scale endeavors such as this one.

-How often are you on Sythe each week?:
At least 25-30 times. I go on everytime I get on my computer, and once in a while on my phone.

Of course! Why be on the team if you're not willing to help out?

Why do you want to join the team?

Quite frankly, because it is a stepping stone towards World Domination. In all honesty, I want to be in a position where I am able to contribute much more to the Sythe community, in an attempt to make this the thriving, social community that it is certainly able to be.

Having led my own clans/alliances etc in multiple different games, I know precisely just how vital a strong community is, and realise that a key proponent of a strong community is interactive events, that allow all Sythe users to get involved, and be part of this great community.

What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?

I believe that I am a very determined individual, always striving to improve myself in one way or another. I personally avoid conflict wherever possible (despite being a kickboxer) and always attempt to take the civilised route. I'm not afraid to roll my sleeves up and get my hands dirty, and never shy away from difficult decisions or hard work (hopefully demonstrated by having just graduated with a joint honours degree in Accounting & Law). Because of this background in Law, I'm also able to discuss/debate topics with people without getting heated

I also have a great (In my honest opinion ) sense of humour, and truly believe that a sense of humour is one of the most important things needed throughout life.

How often are you on Sythe each week?

I am certainly online daily. In fact, whenever I am on my Laptop (which is much more often than not ) I can guarantee that at least one Sythe page is currently open

Are you willing to put aside free time to help with events etc?

Certainly! I would relish the opportunity to be involved hands-on with the events!

I understand that I may not be the most well-known individual applying (far from it, in fact), nor do I have xxxx post count (I believe in quality over quantity ), but I genuinely believe that I would be able to bring something to the table if I were given the opportunity.

I've been thinking this over for a while now, and finally made up my mind to apply I'll be terse and straight to the point:

Why do you want to join the team?
I've been a member on Sythe for over 1.5 years, and month-after-month I have noticed the activity on this forum slowly dwindle. The General/Off topic section (probably my favorite section on Sythe other than the SF) is stagnant, which is truly unfortunate... The primary reason why I want to join the CDT is because I want to help promote new ways and come up with new and better ideas to attract people not only to this site, but to the community aspect of it.

What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?
I find myself to be innovative, easy to work with, helpful, and open-minded. However, if something comes up that I disagree with, I'm not afraid to speak what's on my mind and give my true and honest critique on the matter.

How often are you on Sythe each week?
Pretty much everyday these days...

Are you willing to put aside free time to help with events etc?
Of course...

I'm on Sythe most the day, I live in the UK (GMT timezone) I'm always around my computer for my selling business.

1) Why do you want to join the team?
I've been on Sythe for about a year now. And I'm looking to do something back for the community. I enjoy every second of Sythe and I'd like to do something instead of just browsing. The SCT would be a great way of doing something back.

2) What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?
I'm a graphic designer and I would like to offer my free services at any time. ( As long as it isn't a immense job ). I'm creative and definitely have a team spirit!

3) How often are you on Sythe each week?
I'm on Sythe everyday. And if I can't be on my PC I'll be on my phone.

4) Are you willing to put aside free time to help with events etc?
Yes, definitely. I also think this is needed to host good events. So yes, I really wouldn't mind at all.

I want to join the team to help the community and individuals alike. Sythe has become a group of friends for me, being a part of the team would bring me even closer to everyone.​

What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?​

Communicating constructively, active participant, listens well, shows commitment, and most importantly being respectful. My elders have always taught me "looking someone in the eyes and having a firm handshake will get you far in life".


How often are you on Sythe each week?

Around 3-4 hours everyday. Weekly would be around 21-28 hours give or take. Willing to be online more frequently if need be.


Are you willing to put aside free time to help with events etc?

Of course! I am always happy to give a helping hand when ever it is needed.

I have enjoyed my time here at Sythe and I hope my future will keep it alive. Just want to thank everyone for the respect and hospitality that has been given to me. If I happen to not get picked, I will still be an avid Sythe user and still contribute to my full capability.​

What skills and qualities can you bring to the team? Leadership and loyalty with the un wavering want to help others. I have imagination and desire to help and be apart of the community

How often are you on Sythe each week? Everyday, i do have a full time job but i spend alot of time in a hotel. So i can put in some hefty hours on sythe

Are you willing to put aside free time to help with events etc? Yes of course, i always have my cell phone with me which allows me to be active on the forums.

Why do you want to join the team?​

Honestly? After recently returning to Sythe, the community forum has seemed to have diminished, with more people interested in jumping in and selling/buying their virtual goods and having no interaction with each other.

What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?​

An aspect of my last job was an events co-ordinator. I had to work, by myself, advertising our restaurant chain within my local area. This job involved coming up with innovative ideas for driving more custom from large businesses and groups, as well as getting the local community involved.

I feel I can transfer those skills onto an on-line forum by creating events that the people want and pre-empting what the new users want (after some research)

I have worked in customer facing roles for the past 9 years which makes me believe I have good interpersonal skills, which is another important aspect when dealing with multiple people.

Juggling a plethora of jobs is not an issue for me either, I somewhat enjoy it.

How often are you on Sythe each week? ​

For the past 2 weeks I have been active for around 8 hours a day while I use my laptop, trying to post where I feel my input would be welcome (bar the spam forum....) As you will see over the coming months, I plan to stay just as active while I work on a project.

Are you willing to put aside free time to help with events etc?​

With prior warning this is not a problem. I am not willing to cancel any pre-made plans though.

1) Why do you want to join the team?

Well I am new to Sythe I have been around for about a month roughly. I would just like the opportunity to get my name out there and myself and let people know who I am and what I'm about. Also helping the community is a perfect way to show that I plan on being a long time member within the community. I believe I can benefit the community in many ways and that all I need is the opportunity to do so and that chance.

2) What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?

Creativeness is one of my strong suits I enjoy seeing things different from the way most people see things. Sometimes perspective can be a very good thing especially if it is coming from a different side then most. Willingness to learn. I am very good at picking things up quickly so if there is something that I don't know or I'm confused about there will be no hesitation to ask and learn. Participation I would be able to add intelligent opinions to discussions versus just posting to post. Dedication is something I bring to the table with most things. I am very dedicated to something once my mind is in it 100%. I also enjoy doing things that can pose as a challenge because it only makes me want to try harder and continue my education.

3) How often are you on Sythe each week?

I am usually lurking a lot more then I am posting around. But I would say in all fairness probably 35 hours a week. That is a 7 day week and not the 5 day work week.


4) Are you willing to put aside free time to help with events etc?

Of course it would be fun to participate and get to know the community better.

I'm very handy when it comes to computers also Java. I'm very OCD when it comes to detail and getting things done correctly. I am very creative and have a solid imagination which I stated previously in my application.
