    It is extremely difficult to start a dice clan at this point buddy, sorry to say. Good luck with this, I hope you're going for a legit status

    Not only should all dicing related stuff go here for both EoC and OSRS ( http://www.sythe.org/runescape-mini-games-pking/ ), but you're gonna have a hard time getting a decent clan setup without having huge rollback effects as you can get muted for saying certain dicing things, and also the fact that the big clans are the only real ones that manage to keep IRC dicing actively, who'll trust a small clan after knowing the big ones for numerous years.

    GL with this, there are much more reputable clans already out there which were legit since the beggining.
