How do most of you..

how do most of you make money on the forums? runescape, gametime, items, accounts, IRL stuffs? just curious to see how some of you make $$

 

I have probably made -$30 on the forums .

I made like... 20 bucks from startup gold and maybe 10 through pin sales.

 

I sell upgrades. hehe

 

The gold market isn't really a good one to get into. After talking to some people who are in it it seems like you either:

1. Need to start out with a fucking ton of man-made riches, or
2. Need to build up enough reputation (this would involve going negative in profit) before being able to powersell and powerbuy for your profit.

You're better off finding something you're good at to make money rather than buying/selling imo.

 

This belongs in market discussion, requested a move.

I've done most areas in the market, it's good to branch out and do a lot.

I've sold around 10-15 names on Sythe for ~1.2bil rsgp which I sold for RL money ($300). Thinking of getting back into it if time permits.

In the beginning we had to break even without much profit in order to build rep and vouches. But over time you can raise prices to a decent level where you end up making anywhere from $5 per game played in Bronze to $20 for Diamond level games.

That's $10/hr at minimum. And much better than working your ass off in fast food or retail :laugh:

Reselling RSGP is probably the most profitable in my opinion

 

If you're considering trying to make money here at Sythe, you've made the right decision..

Your best, and easiest options are as follows:

1.flipping gold, as the title says. Simple and easy, buy for low sell for high - create profit of small margin in large quantities.
2. Flip RS names
3. Flip membership.

There is a lot of money to be made using these forums, I hope to see you around the market.

 

I made the majority of what I did via selling RSGP, and then around 10% buying/selling RSGP.

 

Im hoping to learn, trading ( buying and selling runescape ) for profit but i'm a completely noob on how to do it. RS looks complicated
