07RS Banning procedure

Just wondering how it went in terms of bans?

I've heard from people that say first ban is a 2 day ban then the next is permanent.

Others that it goes 2 days > 2 weeks > perm

Anyone care to share their experiences?

I've had my OSRS main prem banned and 2 farmer bots temporary banned, it went down like this:


Farm chars;

- 48 hour lockout


Main:

- 48 hour lockout (Warning)

- Permanent bann (About 3-4 days after it was unlocked from the temp)

 

my farm got banned 2 days, then my main got banned 2 weeks, its wierd

 

Do they still rollback items/stats?

 

For a main, its 2 day ban first, then straight perma banned if you get caught after.

Its weird that the rules in 07 are more strict than that of EOC, typical jagex.

 

On EoC, all those maxed accounts got a 1 offence perm ban, on 07, my buddies flax pickers got 24 hour bans.

Tbh, It's essentially random.

 

I've heard lately it's been 48 hour bans for first offense and perm for the second time caught. This is the bans I've seen/heard about mostly for 07. As for the state of banning in eoc that others are mentioning I have no idea because I've never botted eoc.

 

There have been different length bans being handed out so far, I think they're still testing to see how resilient goldfarmers are going to be and what stage they're going to give up using the same account that has already got an offense.

 

I've gotten perm banned first offence.

 

If a mod catches you first time, 2 day ban. 2nd time a mod catches you is permanent ban.
