Reporting RSKINGP for Scamming on a 07 to EOC gold transfer Scam

    Link to scammer's Sythe profile:http://www.sythe.org/members/326433-rskingp.html
Briefly explain the trade:I added him on skype. About 30 minutes after I sent the skype request, he accepted it. We then proceeded to talk about the trade in skype Instant Message. The trade was to be my 14m 07 gp for his eoc gp at a 1:15 rate, described as so by his post[link: http://www.sythe.org/runescape-2007...vouches-rskingps-07rs-gold-selling-shop.html]. He agreed to do it in two seperate trades, 7m of my gp at a time. After I traded the 07 gp to him in w330 outside of lumbridge castle, south fountain(the spot he told me in skype to go to), I hopped to eoc, world 11 "same place". He then proceeded to message me in skype saying that I needed to come back to 07 and to trade the other half. He then refused to hop to eoc until I traded him the second half of the 14m, stating "I agree now 1 trade
    [12:34:18 AM] kingrsgp: want it
[12:34:18 AM] kingrsgp: or not". After I proceeded to say that I would rather just get a refund on my 07 GP than trade both halves at the same time, he removed me from skype and logged out.
How they scammed: He accepted the first 7m(he said in skype chat that he was on the second screen[IM chat, not voice]) and then he proceeded to tell me on skype that he wasn't giving me anything on eoc unless I traded him the second half of the 07 first.
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: I recieved an E-Mail from the account listed on his GP trading post[post linked above] of the skype conversation we had had up to that point.

Useless. Its at my own fault. When I searched his skype, I clicked on the one that says exactly what his page says. I didn't know the actual guy's name appears as just "king". My apologies, but for the sake of future possible purchases I would appreciate it if the thread owner would make note to the skype issue, as the person I traded shows up as the exact same name as to what it says.

Always be very cautious when dealing with virtual trading. Especially when it's gold because there is bound to be more impostors.
