Okay so I think this should be put to a conscious vote. Although I do agree this is hard to catch people doing so I'm open to all suggestions.

I think that people should no longer use Phone/SMS as a form of upgrades on Sythe... Here is why

In the user services > account upgrade section allot of people are selling PBS/PBP upgrades. Now paying by SMS or Phones should be fine and there is nothing wrong with it, however what now 90% of those who use this method are doing is selling upgrades by using lines that they do not own. So wether it's using someone else's phone line or using stolen mobile sims/phone, it's still a phone company sending out bills to innocent people whom have no envolvement with this fee or even a line which has no user but the company themselves are taking the bill. Now I know this could be the same as saying what if someone scams on a video game then sells the rewards should GP trades become removed? The difference here is that this person scamming can be held accountablee for there actions by either jages or even this site if evidence is presented. My question is why are we supporting these scammers? I mean just because the victims are not related to this site should that mean that it's okay for them to exploit there scams?

Also note there are many other ways to be able to create a legit upgrade business, the only problem I see is detecting who is obtaining the pin codes lawfully and who isn't and due to the fact that allot of it isn't lawfully why should this form of scamming continue to be accepted

Been discussed, been denied, and will most likely continue to be denied. Also that Bihk boi Rich has himself stated he has no intentions to stipulate/regulate the market.

Also that if upgrade sales were to be regulated and monitored, it poses the question of bias, as other markets face similar predicaments, i.e steam.

It's frowned upon, but tolerated. Double standards? Maybe. Then again, this is a Black Market forum.

Support, sms options should be verified by the user who sells them.

Obviously people that are obtaining pins illegally shouldn't be allowed, but as you said, it's way too hard to prove. This is similar in almost all other markets as well, people obtain things illegally and sell. There's not much to be done about it.

You might as well nail the entire Steam section then, as a large marjority of those accounts are cracked, but hard to prove.

Most steams are cracked, most rs accounts are hacked/recovered..

I think you have this idea of a perfect market with all the limitations you're suggesting, but it's just not practical for a black market.

Anyone who has ever sold pins has used pin lines, and quite frankly it didn't matter as long as it wasn't out there that you were using them.
That's why pins are no longer sold, and they're simply upgrades.

The problem was that with potentially illegal pins being sold on Sythe, Sythe could get caught up in the cross-fire. With the upgrade system, Sythe is no longer "aware" of how users are getting their membership upgraded.

tl;dr keep how you get your membership off Sythe, you're fine.

You're on a black-market site, if you think you're buying things under market value that were obtained "legitimately", you're sadly mistaken. You're paying under market for a reason; if you want to make sure everything is squeaky-clean, I suggest you buy directly from the shop/place/source/etc.

Either way as stated earlier, brought up multiple times/has been decided on multiple times/global should lock it.
