Which item is profitable to alch?

There aren't any profitable items you can alch in bulk. If you are lucky, you can get some rune items for cheap like rune chains, rune meds etc, but it would take awhile to buy them for a profitable price.

 

Unlike EoC there isn't much that is really profitable. I was recently alching random rune armor drops.

 

I don't believe there is anything *that's easily obtainable* which doesn't result in a loss.. Although, you can come fairly close to breaking even.. do some research and see what you find out.

 

You should try slayer and pick up all the good items you get (train melee with it) and after 1-2 weeks, alch all the items = Profit + magic xp.

 

id suggest making your own longbows, it can take time but its worth it for cheap alching

Unless you want to spend 4 months buying rune med helms for the right price you might want to look into farming gold and using that to purchase bows you can alch with.. It's not that bad, I think you spend roughly 3 gp per experience, which when you think about it is really good.



If you're going for 99 and still want to make a profit; Mage metal dragons or do MTA. MTA is guaranteed profit but can be tedious as hell, dragons can be very profitable but can also turn into a huge "waste" of cash if you're unlucky.

Ps. if anyone wants to try torag helms, you can only buy about 6 at a time lmao, hardly worth it.

 

Lol, those expensive stuff are just a waste to mention, since you can never buy the X amount you want...
