Is 07 A waste of time?

Is Oldschool Runescape a waste of time, I thought it will be what everyone will play and will go through all the updates again but instead don't have the EOC because it was so awful, I don't get what is happening, I don't want to max out my Melee stats for Oldschool Runescape to die out?​

 

i don't think it will be a waste of time , i think 07 will be out for along while if they keep the updates coming

 

its not 07 scape, its oldschool runescape so no it will not die out, constant updates.

 

I bet it will end as rs classic, few servers

 

In my opinion, EOC is a waste of time

 

If you want to pk or stake, play 07. If you want to quest and max an account, play EoC. EoC is for bossing and the squeal of fortune. It all depends on what you like to do more.

 

i hope it wont die... i think people will always play, the problem is 50% of the numbers online are bots

 

its dieing more every day

 

Numbers decrease everyday, and gold farmers will become less as gp prices drop further, eoc will survive in the long run

07 is not a waste of time period. its been good since then

 

No it's not a waste of time if it's what you enjoy. OSRS will get updates for probably the next year or two frequently, adding in mostly convenience things from EOC and maybe a unique update if you're lucky. I haven't played 07 much, but the time I have been on it's been fun remembering how things worked all those years ago. So play it if you enjoy it and just focus on having fun.

 

Will they eventually add more bosses? like in updating

 

Yup, its worth playing. If you're having fun playing it, then its obviously worth doing.

 

May and June kept steady numbers.

They control goldfarming bots quite well (at least compared to EoC)
