    there are same rates everywhere. It's luck. Just check runescape forums and don't waste money for this.. You got 150+ spots there.

    Yea no point buying spots as anyone that can guarantee you a rare is most probably a scam. There are many confirmed locations that people have posted on the rs forums but you still have to be lucky to come across one
