He traded me a rs account for a soulsplit account.
When I lost access to the rs account he refused to recover it,
Making an excuse saying theres no option to recover and put my email lol.

 

I have recovered the account for you 3 times in the past from you losing it and no I will not recover it again since you lost the rs account again and automatically recovered the account you traded me. So no I will no recover it your to much of a hassle to deal with I gave you the email and recovery options it is not my fault you can not deal with doing the basic recovery of your own account.

And he won't file a dispute because he recovered the SS account before notifing me the RS account had been taken from him or he forgot password for the 3rd time or he got it banned this time either way if I recover I will not be giving the account back in the first deal we made he said he would not recover and give me time to recover the account before taking his account back so he has violated the terms and will not receive the rs account if I get it back.
