Football position and eating habits/gaining weight?

    Hey all
So i'm gonna be a junior this coming school year and I decided that I'm gonna try out for football. The thing is i've never played before so I'm pretty sure i'll be put on JV. I'm wondering what kind of position i would play cause my different football player friends either said running back or wide receiver
I'm 16, 6 feet roughly around 180cm, 153lbs. I play basketball and have a very high vertical and i heard that that was a plus for wide receiver. I'm pretty quick, though i haven't had a timed 40 yard dash (probably gonna do that soon)
    Heres my next question:
I have been working out every day for around 1 hr 30m to 2 hrs alternating between upper body and lower body and eating a lot more than I used to and taking whey protein, cytogainer along with creatine. I started working out in December and was 135 and now im at 153 but i haven't been able to gain anymore weight. I want to hit around 165lb and i'm wondering what I should eat to not get too fat but gain that weight as muscle?
    Thanks all
