Waterfiends task

What's the best set up for them weapon wise?

I plan on meleeing them with protect from ranged on.

 

i wouldn't suggest melee their range is so much better but if your going to use it anyways could always go duo raipers

 

Am talking on 2007 server.

 

I believe they're weak to stab? Try a spear of some sort, or something with good stab bonus.

Thanks guys! They are weak to crush and so I went with verac flail which Fairy recommended with full guthans for healing.

Its working like a charm!

 

I remember people used to kill them in Dharoks to collect charms. No charms here, but I imagine the technique works the same, especially if they're weak to crush.
