Latest signa, cnc please!

Hello folks, Made a signature down below. Already gotten some feedback from some people, but would like to see all the opinions, thanks! Now I gotta make a matching Avatar!

EDIT: Made an edit, please CtC on this too. Tell me if it's better or worse please.

 

It looks really nice! Some critique would be:

The circled lighting on the A, T and near them looks really off. I think it the signature would be better off without that lighting or maybe some sort of replacement.

Also, it looks like you have some sort of bubble effect coming from the bottom left diagonal to the top right, that seems really out of place as well. If you were going to implement that type of effect, it would be better on a layer under the static lettering I think.

Next time you make a similar graphic, you should try to leave the background invisible at the end and save it as a png. If you do that, it will just appear on the website's background looking a lot better. You might still be able to do that, I am not sure. Another option is to change the color to match Sythe's background color in our signature. You can do that easily by print screening the website on your screen and then use the color dropper to get the color.

Lastly, the bottom right looks so empty compared to the rest of the graphic. It looks nice with the lighting under it, but I think you should test out some of the aurora that you used on the top left of your signature. The same type that is above the T, not below it. Unless you were to remove some of the lighting from left side, it may possibly even it out a little more.

Those are just suggestions on how I picture it looking better. But honestly, it looks amazing and I would give it a 8/10.

 

You tripp'n son. It does match the sythe BG; although the lighting effects can be improved it is purely experimental. Also the reason why the A & T letters have different lighting is because the C4D was not lit properly in a lightroom which is early fixed. Huge improvement over first sig ; Imma smack 8/10 as well

 

Are you sure about the background? Here is another picture, I spray painted over the top left to show the color difference.



I think that he just has background layer with no lighting effect connected to it though, so he could change the color to 0f1c2b. His current color is 18212e. There are also other ways to make it match properly. The only reason I mentioned it is because it would look a lot nicer with the background blending in to the webpage's background. There is always the case that it cannot be done as well and it looks better this way in his eyes. Like I said in my previous post, those were just suggestions .

 

As a matter of fact, The background is 0f1c2b. I double checked just now, it was the whole time. In your picture, my current signature looks nothing like what it seems to be on your computer. Maybe somethings wrong with your computer?

Urm, there isn't much CNC to give
Its some Cinema 4D template text with a few stocks and lights on it. And maybe some motion blur.
Nothing is blended and doesn't follow a colour scheme. Looks very rushed and unproffesional i would try and copy some other people's signature in the meanwhile to try and get better.

 

There is no possible way . I can go straight into Photoshop and get the two different colors with the dropper. To be honest I am not sure what the problem would be. I have a computer with an amd radeon 7900 series, it gets around 400+ FPS in league of legends. So I don't think my computer would be screwing up, especially since I just bought it like 3 months ago. Also, the one you uploaded seems to be fine. I could make a small video showing it to you guys tomorrow possibly. But before I make the small video, I will check in on my laptop in the morning. If it is seriously showing up wrong just on my own screen, then I need to figure out what the problem is.

I will edit this or post later with some cnc on the newest one =). Too tired right now, gonna head to bed and do that in the morning.

 

You may be viewing sythe in classic or mobile, they change sythe's background color.

 

Definitely improvement; I think u have over done the colour stripe effects going diagonal with the mix of colours (don't match) but the theme and C4D work is pretty handy. Just small things can be tidy-ed up.

Honestly, I am not sure what is going on with my desktop in order to make it do something like that. Anyway, it seems fine on my laptop.

The signature looks amazing now compared to before. I would give it a 9/10. The only major issue I see currently, has already been stated. The color streaks seem too intense in the bottom-left and top-right corners. If you were to change those, it would look perfect to me.

 

I get the same problem on this computer I see a box around the signature but on my other PC they show up normal same with on mobile.

I've seen your work from when you first started out and I must say you have been improving a lot static.



This piece is by far the best you've made. The lighting strokes you added don't fit in with the piece, the digital background clashes with the lines and throws of the flow of the piece. I personally would try adding some lighting that fits with the background or just set the bubbles to a layer like color dodge/pin light on a light blue color would look nice You've improved a lot on you're overall modeling of the text in c4d, good job

 

Hmm, Thanks for the advice. I'll try toning down the opacity on those side strokes.

I normally would make it transparent, but there were some things I used screen mode on, and maybe I haven't completely figured out the blending modes, but if I make the BG layer, which is the Sythe colour, transparent, then I see all these black boxes and it confuses me. xD

OT: I'll follow your advice to the letter on the bubbles. But when you say the lighting strokes don't fit in with the piece, do you mean that the placement is bad, or that the colouring is bad, or what? I'll try adding some lighting which goes with the sythe background, but i'm not too sure what you mean.
