    Left feeling accomplished..

I just finished Borderlands 2 and i felt empty inside. I beat Battlefield 3 and nothing.

I can truly say the only game i have played, that gave me a sense of accomplishment was Zelda:Ocarina of Time.

What games have had such captivating stories that you finished playing and felt like you were one with the main character?? Like an actual journey.

Video games have never really left a lasting sense of accomplishment in me. Then again, I've never really been a gamer.

The ONLY games I've ever played from start to finish were spyro and crash, kinda made me sad when they ended because I enjoyed playing those games soo much.

The Walking Dead game. Absolutely brilliant, and an emotional journey.

Also beating Pokemon Red for the first time, in the early hours of the morning in the 90's.

Hmm, not sure that I like to hear that :/

I'm in the middle of borderlands 2 and the entire time I've been hoping that its going to improve x: I essentially bought it because it was on the list of games approved for a local LAN party and it hasn't been the greatest.

Everything Halo gets me feeling like I'm in the game. I was yelling and crying during the final stand in Halo reach...

I also thought beating Final fantasy 10 was one of my greatest achievments

I think Devil May Cry 3 was mine. Back in the day, it felt like I was Dante in the game. And having to against my own brother a couple times in the game was just... crazy. Finally beating him and the end cut scene were truly amazing for it's time. :)

Nostalgia like crazy with Crash Bandicoot and spyro! Man i miss those games :/

I have to agree with you on Halo 2 and 3! Man i remember having friends over and playing coop and beating a mission while having sweaty palms lol
I love the theme song man every time i heard it, it felt epic!!

Never played Devil May Cry but i heard the series is amazing, i think im going to start playing it because all my friends have told me it's the shit but ive never been a anime kind of guy.

Most of bethesdas games have been awesome but for some reason skyrim didn't give me that feeling..

DUDE POKE SNAP for NINTENDO 64 was the shit!

Sorry to disappoint you brother but it's just a different style game. I wasn't used to it, most people find it has replay value but once i beat it, i put it back on the shelf. It feels like every mission is the same and the story didn't really fit together at times, sometimes you predicted what would happen just because you knew the creators wanted to give you stuff to shoot. "Fuck it, lets throw some more enemies guarding the valve pumps just cause"

I know that feeling, when you beat a great game and then you realise that there's nothing left to do. It happened to me with games like Far Cry 2, Far cry 3, Final fantasy VII, Final fantasy VII:crisis core.

Same lol that game was awesome. Finishing it on legendary was nice too but my biggest achievement in that was 50 skill in lone wolves.

I think I'd feel a sense of accomplishment if I cleared a WoW tier while it's current, only did it once but it felt like an accomplishment.

A link to the past, pokemon gold after beating red, The Legend of zelda the majoras mask, (this one wont help but) vanilla wow back in the day getting max lvl, Links awakening is a super good game, skyward sword, and the wind waker.

Those are some of my favorite games. Oh and starfox 64. And the adventures of fox (it would be boring now probably)
