I bought this for $15- Kind of a leap of faith since I didn't see anyone vouching and the user is fairly new.

The guide is very clear and has all the steps in details- It takes a few hours to set everything up and then about a week or two to get it going. I am not quite done with it (had a problem with the hosting provider) but It looks very promising and I will edit this post to show any success.
