    Help please - work out

    Hey, I'm a 20 year old 6ft male, I'm an ectomorph, I weigh around 140 lbs.

I can't afford gym membership or equipment currently, and was wondering what the best work outs I could do are? I would consider my fitness to be average but not good, I eat enough calories to keep my weight but not gain or lose much, my weight is quite steady, I am also a drinker. I do not know whether or not my calories are good calories or not.

My main focus would like to be abs, pecs, and arms, my legs are in pretty good shape for my size, but my arms are below par.

    Any help is appreciated thanks!

Check out Bar Brothers, they are a group of guys who do calisthenics.
Pretty amazing. Go to youtube and type 'Bar Brothers'. Quite motivational as well. :)

Also, cut out the drinking if you are serious about getting into shape.
